.. _user-section-repptis: The REPPTIS and PPTIS sections ============================== A partial-path simulation reads these settings from the section named after its task: ``task = "repptis"`` from ``[repptis]`` and ``task = "pptis"`` from ``[pptis]``. Both sections carry the same keyword. The :ref:`TIS ` section also has to be defined for a partial-path simulation. .. code-block:: toml [simulation] task = "repptis" [repptis] memory = 1 The :ref:`shooting_moves ` keyword states which moves a partial-path task accepts. Keywords for the REPPTIS and PPTIS sections ------------------------------------------- The following keyword can be set for either section: .. |repptis_memory| replace:: :ref:`memory ` .. _table-repptis-keywords: .. table:: Keywords for the REPPTIS and PPTIS sections. :class: table-striped table-hover +-------------------+------------------------------------------------------+ | Keyword | Description | +===================+======================================================+ | |repptis_memory| | Set how far the local window of each positive | | | ensemble reaches. | +-------------------+------------------------------------------------------+ .. _user-section-repptis-memory: Keyword memory ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ .. pyretis-keyword:: memory integer Sets the local interface window each positive ensemble samples in. With ``memory = m``, ensemble :math:`i` samples the window :math:`[\lambda_{i-m}, \lambda_i, \lambda_{i+m}]`, and the paths it holds are the partial paths that window bounds. The analysis rebuilds the kinetics from the crossing probabilities of these local windows. Default The default value is ``1``.
